NOCK-TEN (JUANING) is now a Typhoon...prepares to make landfall near Casiguran, Aurora before noon today. Typhoon force winds expected along the coast of Aurora. The typhoon's rainbands continues to cover the whole of Luzon including Northern Bicol.

Residents and visitors along Luzon should closely monitor the progress of NOCK-TEN (JUANING).
