NAMTHEUN (09W) dissipates into a Tropical Disturbance while moving into Fujian Province. Its remnants will bring showers and rains across Southern Fujian.

Remnants of NAMTHEUN is expected to track WSW and dissipate over Southern Fujian. [8PM SEP 01: 24.2N 117.4E @ 30kph].
