Typhoon SONGDA (CHEDENG) continues to pass well to the NE of Catanduanes...tracking NW'ly during the past 3 hours. Outer rain bands spreading across Bicol Region, Masbate, Polillo Islands, & Samar.

Residents and visitors along the Eastern Luzon, Bicol Region & Eastern Visayas should closely monitor the progress of SONGDA (CHEDENG).
