Typhoon SONGDA (CHEDENG) continues to gather strength while over the warm Philippine Sea...now a 215-km/hr Category 4 system...starts to move northward away from the sea east of Bicol Region. Outer rain bands spreading across the area.
Residents and visitors along the Eastern Luzon, Bicol Region & Eastern Visayas should closely monitor the progress of SONGDA (CHEDENG).
