Typhoon SONGDA (CHEDENG) has tracked northwesterly during the past 3 hours. Outer rain bands continues to spread across Eastern Visayas and Bicol Region.
Residents and visitors along the Eastern Luzon, Bicol Region & Eastern Visayas should closely monitor the progress of SONGDA (CHEDENG).
