After staying 6 hours overland, Typhoon NALGAE (QUIEL) quickly exits Northern Luzon via La Union...now along the shores of La Union...or in the vicinity of Bauang, La Union. Typhoon Conditions occuring across Benguet, La Union & Pangasinan.
Residents and visitors along Northern Luzon should closely monitor the progress of NALGAE (QUIEL).
