The small but tenacious Typhoon NALGAE (QUIEL) maintains its fast West-WSW track towards Isabela. Based on its sudden southward motion, NALGAE's landfall now expected along Isabela in approximately 5 hours.
Projected Landfall Area (PLA): Isabela...off Palanan Bay between 8-9 AM this morning.
Residents and visitors along Northern Luzon should closely monitor the progress of NALGAE (QUIEL).
