The core of Super Typhoon NALGAE (QUIEL) is now making landfall near the coastal town of Dinapigue in Isabela. Eyewall lashing the towns of Palanan & Dinapigue. Typhoon Conditions being felt across Isabela...next passage: very near Cauayan City at approx. 10-11am this morning.
Residents and visitors along Northern Luzon should closely monitor the progress of NALGAE (QUIEL).
