NALGAE (QUIEL) weakened considerably into a remnant Low while moving inland across Northern Vietnam & Laos.
Meanwhile, Tropical Disturbance 90W (LPA) over the Philippine Sea remains weak near 12.0N 129.9E...about 492 km ENE of Borongan City, Samar...moving WNW @ 15 kph. Rainbands of this system will bring scattered to widespread rains & thunderstorms across Eastern Visayas, Bicol Region & Eastern & Southern Luzon.

Tropical Depression Conditions w/ moderate to strong winds (25-61 kph) will be expected along these bands (click here to know more about Rainbands). 12-18HR TOTAL RAINFALL ACCUMULATION - from 5 up to 10 mm (low rainfall) can be expected along areas affected by the outer & inner rainbands (see above)...with isolated amounts of 11 to 25 mm (low) along areas near the center of NALGAE (QUIEL).
