TROPICAL CYCLONE WATCH

Tropical Disturbance 92W (LPA), a new system located over the northern part of the South China Sea has remains almost stationary. Its developing center was located about *480 km SW of Hong Kong (19.0N 111.1E)...maximum sustained winds of 30 kph. The 24-hour TC Formation Potential is at MEDIUM (50%).
