Its outer rainbands are now beginning to spread across the Batanes Group of Islands. This typhoon is forecast to move West-Northwestward within the next 24 hours in the general direction of Southern Taiwan with an increased forward of 25 kph. MEGI (HELEN) is still expected to strengthen before it makes landfall over Southeastern Taiwan on or before noon tomorrow. |
