SINLAKU (MARCE) LOSES STRENGTH, JUST A TROPICAL STORM...NOW MOVING
QUICKLY AWAY FROM THE SOUTHERN COAST OF HONSHU...LIKELY TO BECOME
EXTRATROPICAL LATER TODAY.

**THIS IS THE FINAL E-MAIL UPDATE ON THIS TENACIOUS, LONG-LASTING
SYSTEM.

+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: SINLAKU is expected to continue heading ENE across
the North Pacific Ocean throughout its forecast, becoming a cold-core
(extratropical) system later this afternoon.

+ EFFECTS: SINLAKU's core is now moving quickly, away from Southern Coast
of Honshu. Only the NW outer rainbands are affecting the Eastern Coast of
Honshu. Improving weather expected later today as the system moves out to
sea.

every 06 to 12 hours!

NORTHEASTWARD, SOUTH OF HONSHU, JAPAN. ANIMATED METSAT IMAGERY AND A
190956Z 91GHZ SSMIS IMAGE DEPICT WANING DEEP CORE CONVECTION BEING
SHEARED NORTHEAST OF A PARTIALLY EXPOSED LOW LEVEL CIRCULATION CENTER
(LLCC) WITHIN THE PAST FEW HOURS. THE SYSTEM IS ACCELERATING RAPIDLY
TOWARDS THE MIDLATITUDE FLOW AND IS INCREASINGLY BEING AFFECTED BY
THE HIGH VERTICAL WIND SHEAR. THE AVAILABLE MODEL TRACKERS REMAIN IN
EXCELLENT AGREEMENT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ECMWF WHICH FAILS TO TRACK
