+ FORECAST OUTLOOK: Completer dissipation of PRAPIROON
expected within the next 12 to 24 hours as system
moves further inland across Guangxi Province.
+ EFFECTS: PRAPIROON's dissipating circulation conti-
nues to cover much of Southern China extending over
the South China Sea...Inner and Outer bands still
affecting most of Guangdong & Guangxi Provinces in-
cluding Hainan Island. These bands may bring cloudy
skies with moderate to heavy rains accompanied with
winds reaching 65 kph or more with decreasing wind
speeds along the outer part. Residents living along
the river banks, steep mountain slopes and low-lying
areas are advised to stay alert and foresee evacuation
in case of possible flashfloods and mudslides.

+ CURRENT MONSOON INTENSITY: Due to PRAPIROON's expan-
ding circulation, the enhanced Southwest (SW) Monsoon
is slightly affecting Western Luzon. Cloudy weather
conditions with light to moderate or sometimes heavy
rainfall can be expected. Southwesterly winds of 30
km/hr with higher gusts may be felt along these
affected areas.
+ TROPICAL CYCLONE WATCH: The Tropical Disturbance (LPA/
98W/1005 mb) near Yap in the Caroline Islands has entered
the PAR and has slightly re-organized with pulsing convec-
tion to the West and SW of its exposed center. Based on
the latest analysis, the disturbance was located about
1,000 km East of Bicol Region (14.1N 133.5E)...moving WNW
slowly with max sustained winds of 25 km/hr. Meanwhile,
another Tropical Disturbance (LPA/99W/1005 mb) has deve-
loped and organizing near Chuuk Is. in Micronesia..
approx 2,890 km ESE of Mindanao, PH (5.9N 152.7E)...moving
West slowly with sustained winds of 25 kph. These distur-
bances will be closely monitored for possible development
into a significant Tropical Cyclones within a day or two.
