The strong Tropical Disturbance over the Philippine Sea, East of the Visayas has been upgraded to Tropical Depression 95W (Unnamed)...moving ENE in the direction of the Northern Mariana Islands...likely to strengthen further.

Residents and visitors along the Northern Mariana Islands should closely monitor the progress of 95W.
