[1] An increased chance of above-average rainfall across South China Sea
and Philippines. Wet conditions are expected in this region due to the continuing
effects of La Niña. Confidence: HIGH.
[2] A formation of a significant Tropical Cyclone over the Philippine Sea or
South China Sea is possible between May 8 to 12. Majority of the global models
are showing the existence of this tropical system affecting the eastern or western
sections of the Philippines. Confidence: HIGH.
