The strong and broad Tropical Disturbance 92W (LPA) still having a hard time developing as it moves closer to Extreme Northern Luzon particularly Cagayan. Its loose rainbands continues to spread across Luzon incl. Bicol Region.
This disturbance will enhance the Southwest Monsoon (aka. Habagat) across Palawan, Visayas and Western Mindanao. Breezy to windy conditions & cloudy skies w/ occasional rains, thunderstorms & squalls will be expected along these areas today.
Residents and visitors along Northern Luzon, Batanes, and Taiwan should closely monitor the progress on this LPA.
