Strong Tropical Disturbance 92W (LPA) continues to consolidate as it nears Tropcical Depression status...heading towards Extreme Northern Luzon. Broad and developing rainbands spreading across Luzon incl. Bicol Region.
This disturbance will continue to enhance the Southwest Monsoon (aka. Habagat) across Visayas and Mindanao. Breezy to windy conditions & cloudy skies w/ occasional rains, thunderstorms & squalls will be expected along these areas today.
Residents and visitors along Northern Luzon, Batanes, and Taiwan should closely monitor the progress on this LPA.
