MIRINAE (SANTI) rapidly weakened into a Tropical Depression after making landfall over Vietnam early last night...now dissipating.

+ Effects: MIRINAE's remnants will continue to bring rains and winds across Vietnam and Cambodia. 6-hr total rainfall amounts of 5 up to 80 mm (light to moderate rain) can be expected along the outer and inner bands...with isolated amounts of 120 mm (heavy rain) near the center of Mirinae.
