[1] An increased chance of below-average rainfall across South China Sea
and Philippines. Dry conditions are expected due to the weak phase of MJO.
Numerical Global Forecast also depicts this kind of situation.
Confidence: MODERATE.
[2] Formation of a significant Tropical Cyclone over the Northern or North-
eastern Philippine Sea is possible between May 29 to June 02. Some global
models are showing the existence of this tropical system developing over the
Western Pacific Ocean between latitudes 18-25 and longitudes 133-140.
Confidence: LOW.
