WAVE IMAGERY CONFIRMS THAT THE LOW LEVEL CIRCULATION CEN-
TER HAS DECOUPLED FROM THE REMAINING DEEP CONVECTION AND
IS TRACKING SLOWLY SOUTHWESTWARD.
